If for any reason you cannot attend, we will gladly refund half the class fee or apply the full amount to a future class. Pre-cut kits will be nonrefundable. 2010 Class Schedule (Registration and payment information is at the bottom of the page)Butternut & Blue Luncheon Society $20 Teacher: Linda Camp We will meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month to make a block from the Civil War era reproduction fabrics. Butternut golden brown represents the South and shades of blue represent the North. Each month we will sample a dish that would have been commonplace on an 1860 era dinner table. In warm weather, we will experiment with dyeing fabric the way our ancestors did, using red mud and black walnuts.
Pre-cut kits will be provided for each block.
Class requires Borderlands Butternut & Blue book by Barbara Brackman.
